交替单胞菌目（学名：Alteromonadales）為γ-變形菌綱的一目细菌。[1]此目的细菌是革兰氏阴性菌，细胞是直的或弯曲的杆状。大多数菌株呈过氧化氢酶和氧化酶阳性。它们是化能异养菌，是兼性厌氧或严格好氧菌。此目拥有嗜冷、耐冷和嗜温生长机制的物种。它们通过使用单个鞭毛运动。此目的大多数物种是海洋生物。[2]此目的模式属为交替单胞菌属（Alteromonas）。
