W Square是香港湾仔轩尼诗道的一幢商场甲级写字楼，毗邻集成中心。W Square前身为东亚银行湾仔大厦，1978年落成，在2002年前曾是东亚银行的主要办公大楼，因为业主易手，及外墙装修改形象而正式易名为W Square。现在由香港上市公司永泰地产（港交所：0369）、富联国际集团、南联地产控股等财团买入，改装作为投资物业。W Square基座7层租客包括留家厨房、星巴克，阿里朗韩国餐厅 我爱慢煮及大家乐（已结业）等。
2018年2月，永伦集团以28.488亿港元向永泰地产购入W Square全幢，改名永伦立方。[1]
