尼尔·詹姆斯·亚历山大·斯洛恩（英语：Neil James Alexander Sloane，1939年10月10日—），美国数学家，1967年从康乃尔大学取得博士学位，1968年加入贝尔实验室，1998年成为了AT&T人员。他主要贡献于装球问题、错误更正码（ECC）和组合数学这些范畴。他是整数数列线上大全的开发者和维护者，1998年他创办了《整数数列期刊》（英语：Journal of Integer Sequences），并作为数据库的衍生工作。他喜欢攀石，而他的埃尔德什数为2。
