拉尔夫·查尔斯·默克尔（英语：Ralph Charles Merkle，1952年2月2日—），生于美国加州伯克利，电脑科学家，对于公开密钥加密技术有重大贡献。后来研究方向转至于纳米科技以及人体冷冻技术。
生平
1970年进入加州大学柏克莱分校，主修电脑科学。1974年获取学士学位，1977年获取硕士学位。1979年在斯坦福大学获取电机工程博士学位。博士论文主题为〈加密，授权与公开密钥系统〉（Secrecy, authentication and public key systems），他的指导教授为马丁·赫尔曼（Martin Hellman）。
