《2016年欧洲联盟公投（公投日期等）规例》（英语：European Union Referendum (Date of Referendum etc.) Regulations 2016；No. 278）是英国国会的一项法定文书。
2016年2月20日，保守党籍首相戴维·卡梅伦在首相府宣布将会举行脱欧公投，继而制定本规例[1]。法例依据《2015年欧洲联盟公投法令》，就在2016年6月23日于英国和直布罗陀举行欧洲联盟会籍全国性公投以及宣布2016年4月15日至6月23日期间的十个星期为竞选期制定法律条文。规例在2016年3月4日生效[2]。
