《新年前夜》（英语：New Year's Eve，中国大陆译《新年前夜》，香港译《缘满除夕夜》，台湾译《101次新年快乐》）是2011年上映的一部浪漫喜剧电影，由加里·马歇尔导演。这部电影的很多演员和工作人员都和2010年电影《情人节快乐》的阵容相同，但并不是《情人节快乐》的续篇，而是独立的故事。这部电影还拍摄了纽约时代广场上百万人倒数庆祝新年的画面[6][7]。
剧情
[编辑]本片全数于纽约实景拍摄，叙述新年的前一天除夕，不论形单影只还是成双成对的男男女女，在新年前夕的纽约里交织出了颂扬爱、希望、宽恕和第二次机会及重新开始的浪漫喜剧。

中国翻拍版本
[编辑]2016年，电影《新年前夜》将会翻拍成中国版本，名为《快乐除夕夜》，由乐视影业（北京）有限公司、中国电影股份有限公司、银都机构有限公司、太阳娱乐文化联合出品，由乐视影业负责内地发行，巴福斯影业负责香港发行，该片改编自美国电影《新年前夜》，由王子鸣执导，黄柏高、叶念琛、唐文康担任监制，由以下众多香港及大陆演员主演，本片将会拍摄大中华各地（北京、上海、广州、台北、香港）倒数庆祝新年的画面，于2016年下半年在北京、上海、广州、香港、台北开拍历时两个月，2017年1月上映。
