黄色笑话，也叫咸湿笑话、色情笑话、有味笑话、荤笑话、限制级笑话等，即带有色情成分的笑话。
在社会中，公开说黄色笑话，可能会被当成不礼貌，甚至属于粗俗的行为。在一些社会中，对非亲密关系的异性讲黄色笑话，更可能被指责为性骚扰[1]；但也有人认为黄色笑话只不过是大众口头发泄、轻松的机会，而且对社会的传统道德风俗可能有健康的批评作用。
黄色笑话历史悠久，非现代产物，自古即有，唐朝诗人李白曾经在唐玄宗天宝元年（742年）供奉翰林。有一次玄宗因酒酣问李白说：“我朝与天后之朝何如？”李白曰：“天后朝政出多门，国由奸幸，任人之道，如小儿市瓜，不择香味，惟拣肥大者；我朝任人如淘沙取金，剖石采用，皆得其精粹者。”玄宗听后大笑不止[2][3]；这很明显的是一则黄色笑话，耻笑武后雅好巨大阳具面首。《笑林广记》的《破雨伞》、《张仁封》也是很典型的黄色笑话[4]。
黄色笑话常被艺人用于演艺活动，中国相声里的黄色笑话也称作“荤段子”、“脏包袱”，在传统相声中很常见。在现代，例如台湾艺人费玉清以讲黄色笑话闻名，人称“秀场黄帝”、“费玉污”，其黄色笑话甚至有录音带上市，销售成果不俗。
