鲤鱼旗（日语：鯉幟／こいのぼり）原本是日本江户时代的武士家族，在端午（即农历五月初五日）梅雨时期中的雨天，由希望生男孩的家庭在家门庭前用纸、布等描绘鲤鱼的图案，使之随风飘动，模仿鲤鱼游动的的风幡。也称为“皐幟”。明治维新改用格里历后，鲤鱼旗大多展示到阳历5月5日（日本男孩节，由端午节演变而来），作为夏天将来的象征。因为装饰的季节改变了，因此鲤鱼旗在日本人的印象中也就变成了“在晚春的蓝天里密布的东西”。
