静止无功补偿器
静态无功补偿器（Static VAR compensator，SVC）又称动态无功补偿器，是一组能在高压电输电系统网络上连续、快速动态调节无功功率的电气设备。 [1] [2] [3] [4]此外它还能调节电压、功率因数。 [5][6]
