阴茎折断，俗称断根，指的是覆盖阴茎海绵体的白膜其中之一或两者全部破裂的情况。病因是阴茎勃起后遭到剧烈的打击[1]，有时也会伴随着尿道阻断或阴茎背部神经、静动脉血管受损。[2]
阴道性交、肛交和粗暴的手淫是最常见的原因。[1] 阴茎折断后阴茎会迅速疲软，并伴随着剧烈疼痛，常常也会出现不同类型的血肿。[1]
治疗
阴茎折断属于医疗应急事故，需要立即进行手术对受损的阴茎进行修复。不进行手术治疗可能有10–50%的几率导致勃起功能障碍、永久性阴茎弯曲、尿道受损和性交疼痛。得到有效治疗的患者的并发症率为11%。[1][3]
