开山町为台湾日治时期台南州台南市之行政区，共分一～三丁目。包括清代旧街名清水寺、马公庙、油行尾、大埔。

名称

1916年（大正5年）规划町名改正时，原拟名“开山町”，台南厅审查后并未更改，以此名呈报总督府[1]，同年11月3日公告[2]、1919年（大正8年）4月1日正式实施[3]。

町名因开山神社所在地得名。
