邓尔邦（英语：Raymond Tang Yee-Bong，1942年—），是前任香港平等机会委员会主席，任期为2005年至2010年。之前，邓尔邦曾任证券及期货事务监察委员会律师及个人资料私隐专员。2009年4月，审计报告批评邓尔邦，指他未获审批而以公帑支付私人消费开支。
