抒情摇滚软摇滚(Soft rock)或称为轻摇滚(lite rock)[1]是一种音乐流派,20世纪70年代以摇滚的技巧,有时吉他使用民谣摇滚的元素,表现出一种较柔和,低调平滑的流行乐声,80年代后被统称为成人当代音乐

历史

硬式摇滚自一九六五年起发展成主流音乐流派。六十年代末期后,将主流摇滚划分为软式或硬式变得普遍,[2] 于美国两个音乐流派各自演化成电台广播收音机的重要音乐流派。[3] 软式摇滚通常从民谣摇滚中取经,以原音吉他原音乐器演奏,强调旋律及乐章和谐。主要乐手包括卡洛尔·金(Carole King),卡特·史蒂文斯(Cat Stevens),赫里斯合唱团(The Hollies)和詹姆士·泰勒(James Taylor)[4]和面包乐团.[5][6] 抒情摇滚 常见主题为爱情,日常生活和一般人际关系。此流派经常使用原音吉他钢琴合成器,有时亦有萨克斯风电吉他于软式摇滚一般会弱化,且调高。后来芝加哥乐队老鹰乐团艾尔顿·强等,逐渐转化为成人当代音乐模式。
