西北阿根廷龙属（属名：Noasaurus，意为“西北部阿根廷蜥蜴”），又名诺亚龙，是种肉食性恐龙，生存于白垩纪的马斯特里赫特阶。西北阿根廷龙是种小型兽脚亚目恐龙，属于角鼻龙下目，是由何塞·波拿巴与杰米·鲍威尔（Jaime Powell）发现于阿根廷西北部。西北阿根廷龙起初被认为有类似驰龙科的趾爪，而且为独立演化出来的；但这个论点现在是不足采信的，这些趾爪可能实际上位在牠们的前掌。
与鸟兽脚类相比，西北阿根廷龙的结构较为古老。牠们可能是较大型阿贝力龙科的近亲，并且拥有相同的栖息地区；阿贝力龙科与西北阿根廷龙都从相同的基础角鼻龙下目恐龙演化而来。在马达加斯加发现的恶龙，是西北阿根廷龙的近亲，成为这个理论的证据；恶龙并没有类似驰龙科的趾爪[1]。
模式种是李尔氏西北阿根廷龙（Noasaurus leali），是由约瑟·波拿巴与杰米·鲍威尔在1980年所叙述、命名。
