蜚蠊目（学名：Blattodea，亦作Blattaria），是昆虫纲有翅亚纲新翅下纲之下的一个分类，大约有七千多个物种，包含了蟑螂和白蚁。当中蟑螂约有4500多个物种，约占整个蜚螊目的五分之三；而白蚁（Termites）则有大约三千多个已知物种。2007年开始，原等翅目的白蚁并入蜚蠊目，等翅目废除。

白蚁旧时隶属等翅目，2007年，Beccaloni & Eggleton (2007) 及随后的遗传及系谱发生学研究 (Legendre et al. 2008; Ware et al. 2008; Cameron et al. 2012; Djernaes et al. 2012; Xiao et al. 2012) 显示，白蚁是蜚蠊目下的一个分支，于是将等翅目并入蜚蠊目，为白蚁领科（Epifamily Termitoidae）[1][4][5]。蜚蠊目与螳螂目（Mantodea）为姊妹群，两者合称网翅总目（Dictyoptera）。
其他非白蚁的蜚蠊大致可分成两个领科。但是此分类地位备受争议，有些学者认为这些领科该升格为下目，有些则认为该升格为亚目，例如有些学者会将白蚁称作等翅下目，有些则称作白蚁领科[4][6]。

根据Catalogue of Life，本目包含下列四个分支[7]：

过往当蜚蠊目只包含蟑螂时，本目包括下列三个总科[8][9]：
- 匍蜚蠊总科 Blaberoidea / 姬蠊总科 Phyllodromioidea
- 蜚蠊总科 Blattoidea Latreille, 1810：虽然Blattoidea Latreille, 1810这个名称本来应该根据整个系列最古老的名字称作Termitoidea Latreille, 1802，但由于Blattoidea这个名字的使用率非常普遍，所以原作者根据ICZN守则的第35.5条保留了这个名称。
- 隆背蜚蠊总科 Corydioidea：又名昔蠊总科
- 隆背蜚蠊科 Polyphagidae
- 穴蜚蠊科 Nocticolidae
过往分类
布鲁斯（Charles Thomas Brues）和梅兰德（Axel Leonard Melander）根据翅的有无及其特征、变态类型、口器的构造、触角形状、跗节及古昆虫（化石昆虫）的特征等来进行的分类（Classification of Insects, 2d, rev. ed., 1954），蜚蠊目（Blattaria）包括有[11]：
