华伦天诺（Valentino S.p.A.），是创立于1960年的一家意大利服装公司，除去服装外也生产香水和手表等其他时尚品。2012年它被卡塔尔的一家投资公司收购。[2][3]自2008年10月以来，创意总监是Pier Paolo Piccioli。 Alessandra Facchinetti是2007年至2008年间华伦天诺（Valentino）的创意设计师。华伦天诺（Valentino）的总部位于米兰，而创意设计方向中心则位于罗马。[2]
历史
华伦天诺的第一家店由瓦伦蒂诺·格拉瓦尼在1960年在父亲的帮助下开设，位于罗马多蒂街。1962年，它在佛罗伦萨开业[4]，后来逐渐成为有较大影响力的国际品牌，曾为伊丽莎白·泰勒、安·海瑟薇、詹妮佛·洛佩茨、柯特妮·考克斯、苏菲·亨特及瑞典玛德琳公主设计婚纱。[5][6] 1998年，格拉蛙尼将公司以约3亿美金的价格卖给HdP，2002年HdP以2.1亿美元的价格又将它卖给Marzotto。[7] 2012年, 卡塔尔的投资公司Mayhoola for Investments S.P.C.以7亿欧元的价格收购华伦天诺。[3]
