化石集团（英语：Fossil Group, Inc.）是一个美国服装品牌，也销售手表和珠宝等首饰。其总部位于德克萨斯州理查森，[5] 而公司的名称则来自创始人科斯塔（Kosta）兄弟对其父亲的昵称。[6] 该公司成立于1984年，现已在纳斯达克上市。除去化石（Fossil）牌外，旗下还包含Relic、Abacus、Michele Watch & Now Coach NY、Skagen及Zodiac Watches等品牌。2015年11月13日该公司以2.6亿美元全资收购可穿戴智慧硬件创业公司Misfit Wearables。截至2017年4月1日化石集团长期债务达5.897亿美元，而穆迪更在前一月下调了其担保信贷评级[7]。
