腹部胀气（英语：abdominal bloating）也称为腹胀，是一种在各种年龄下都可能发生的症状，腹部胀气可能和功能性肠胃疾病或是其他器质性疾病有关，但也可能只是单纯的腹部胀气而已，没有其他潜在疾病[1]。腹部胀气的主观感觉为“腹部（肚子）很撑、很饱而且很紧绷”[2]。虽然腹部胀气与腹部不适一词在日常生活使用上相通，但两者之间的病理生理学大致上是有差异的，然而这差异尚未被完全弄清楚[3]。
