美国联邦司法机构（Federal judiciary of the United States）是根据美国宪法和美国法律成立的法院。其中美国宪法只指明要成立最高法院，其余法院由美国国会授权成立。
美国联邦法院是美国联邦政府的一部分，可分为普通法院和专门法院。普通法院分为三级，从下到上分别是：
- 地方法院
- 上诉法院（除了美国联邦巡回区上诉法院拥有特定事项管辖权）
- 最高法院
专门法院有：
- 破产法庭
- 税务法庭
- 国际贸易法庭
- 美国联邦索赔法院
- 美国军事上诉法院
- 美国联邦巡回区上诉法院
- 美国退伍军人权利上诉法院
- 美国外国情报监控法院
附属机构有：
- 联邦司法中心
- 美国裁决委员会
