美国第三次占领古巴，又称为蔗糖干涉，是指在1916年至1922年间在古巴发生的一系列事件，当时美国海军陆战队占领了古巴共和国。[1].
经过
[编辑]1916年11月，古巴总统马里奥·加西亚·梅诺卡尔再次当选，左翼反对党质疑他操控选举。很快争议升级，前总统何塞·米格尔·戈麦斯率领部队发动武装暴动。[2]然而，由于左翼势力集中在古巴东部，并不足以推翻政府，国家陷入内战。2月12日，美国应当地富裕的甘蔗种植园主的保护要求，派遣炮舰USS Paducah (PG-18)及海军陆战队登陆古巴，直接干预该国内政，确保蔗糖生产没有中断。[2]
