罗泌（1131年—1189年?），字长源，号归愚。南宋吉州庐陵（今江西吉安）人。
先祖罗崱于五代时由湘东徙居庐陵。[1]祖父罗无竞，生罗良弼，良弼初娶胡铨从妹。罗泌是罗良弼长子，[2]生于宋绍兴辛亥（1131年），自少力学，精于诗文，无意于仕途。乾道年间著有《路史》四十七卷，[3]曾亲自到炎帝陵考察。庆元二年（1196年）受周必大之聘，与孙谦益、丁朝佐、曾三异、胡柯等共校《欧阳文忠公集》一百五十三卷，负责近体乐府部分。[4]另著有《易说》、《六宗论》一篇、《三汇详证》一篇等。卒年不详。[5]有一子罗苹。
