罗苹（1153年?—1237年?）字华叔，号复斋。南宋吉州庐陵（今江西吉安市）人。
出生于史学世家，罗泌之子。生卒年均不详。[1]一生好学，不曾入仕。与欧阳守道有往来。他曾为《路史》做注。[2]
- ^ 罗宾之生卒年于史无载。其生年仅能透过其父之生年概推。又欧阳守道在替罗苹“复斋”作《记》时说：“昔者夫子读《诗》至于‘高山仰止，景行行止’，叹作者好仁之甚，以为忘身之老，不知年数之不足也。夫子何以知其人之如此哉？即其慕望之心，日有孜孜，必求仁以终其身者，是以深有味于其言也。复斋罗君求予记其斋，于是君年八十有五矣。予以君之耋老，傥不杜门，却扫金玉厥音，则后生小子得闻一言固所愿也，而何为反求记于余？……”知其享年至少八十五岁，可概推其卒年。
- ^ 《四库全书总目》评论: “核其词义，与泌书详略相补，似出一手，殆自注而嫁名于子欤? ”学者李裕民《四库提要订误》举例以佐证之曰：“按：《提要》此语以无佐证，仅作猜测之词。考《路史·余论》‘炎陵’条正文泌自称‘淳熙十四年’，‘予始获拜陵下’。《后纪三》注：‘炎陵……丁未春，予至焉。’《后纪七》：‘予游炎陵。’全属一人语气。”清人马国翰《玉函山房藏书薄录》称：“《路史》四十七卷，宋承务郎庐陵罗泌长源撰，子苹注……注为其子苹所作，而与正文相辅，疑亦长源所笔削也。”学者宋凤林曰：“其实罗泌自己在《路史序》中对此有所说明：‘其有所明，则诿之
私属疏之下方。’‘私属’当指其子罗苹，可以理解为由他指导罗苹所作。”
