纤维强化塑胶（英语：fiber-reinforced plastic；FRP）或称纤维强化聚合物（fiber-reinforced polymer），俗称玻璃钢、塑钢[1][2]，是以纤维强化聚合物基质的复合材料。常见的纤维种类有玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳香聚酰胺及玄武岩纤维（英语：Basalt fiber）等。此外，也有以纸、木材、石棉等材料作为纤维。而常见的聚合物基质有环氧树脂、乙烯基酯、热固性聚酯或酚醛树脂等。

纤维强化塑胶被广泛应用于航空、汽车、船舶和建筑等工业领域，也被应用于防弹装甲中。
