热固性聚合物

热固性聚合物（英语：Thermosetting polymer，又称为热固性塑胶）指具有加热后固化并且不可溶解、不融化特性的塑胶，例如环氧树脂。这种塑胶只可以成型一次。

脲甲醛

脲甲醛(Urea-formaldehyde)是其中一种热固性塑胶，经尿素及甲醛经缩合聚合作用形成。

交键

热固性塑胶的聚合物链和链间存在交键(共价键)，故链与链不可互相滑动，受热时不会软化或溶解。
