穆罕默德·阿卜杜勒·瓦哈卜（1902年3月13日－1991年5月4日）（阿拉伯语：محمد عبد الوهاب）[1]是一位杰出的埃及歌手和作曲家。他写了《利比亚，利比亚，利比亚》，为利比亚王国1951年到1969年的国歌，也在利比亚全国过渡委员会在2011年暂时统治利比亚时被使用。[2]他同时也写了突尼斯的国歌《祖国的捍卫者》，和阿拉伯联合酋长国的国歌《祖国万岁》
