眼斜肌

眼斜肌是使眼球斜着转动的肌肉。

每只眼有两块外斜肌。下斜肌围绕眼球下侧延伸到眼眶接近鼻子的部分。上斜肌从眼球向前延伸，并通过称为滑车的软骨回路急转弯。滑车的作用像一个滑轮，因此眼球可向下或向外转动。
