下斜肌（英语：Inferior oblique muscle 或 obliquus oculi inferior）是个薄薄的、狭长的肌肉位于眼窝底部腹侧的边缘，附着于上颌骨（肌肉起端）和眼睛腹侧、下方、外侧的表面（插入），受动眼神经（CN III）的下分支所支配。
结构
下斜肌起于上颌的眼窝表面，在泪沟外侧。与其他眼外肌（直肌和上斜肌）不同，下斜肌不是来自总腱环（Annulus of Zinn）。下斜肌向外、向后、向上经过下直肌和眼窝底部，就在外直肌下方插入下直肌与外直肌之间的巩膜表面。人类的下斜肌大概35mm长。
神经支配
下斜肌受动眼神经（CN III）的下分支所支配。
功能
- 它的功能有眼睛外旋、上转和外展。主要功能是外旋，次要的是上转，第三个是外展。
- 在内收时有最大的上转范围。
- 当眼睛完全内收时下斜肌是唯一能够使眼睛上转的肌肉。
