环球城市影业诉任天堂案（英语：Universal City Studios, Inc. v. Nintendo Co., Ltd.）是一个由美国地方法院审理的著名案件。环球影业称，任天堂的电子游戏《大金刚》中的大金刚角色商标侵权，环球声称为自己的情节和人物，然而受雇于任天堂的知名辩护律师约翰·卡比则认为金刚的情节和人物是在公有领域，追查下发现环球根本没有金刚的版权，最后美国地方法院判任天堂胜诉。
