《献给你的徽章》（日语：君に捧げるエンブレム）是2017年1月3日21时至23时30分（JST）在富士电视台播出的日本新年戏剧特辑。由樱井翔主演。
因事故而丧失了双脚功能的前J联盟主人公，成为轮椅篮球运动员并瞄准残疾人奥林匹克运动会日本国家代表队的故事。该剧是以真实选手京谷和幸为原型。[1][2][3]
此外，这部作品是自1997年播出《为了我就是我》以来已经进行了20年的“新年戏剧特辑”的最后一部作品。
