燃料电池载具 (Fuel Cell Vehicle、FCV) 或燃料电池电动载具 (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle、FCEV) 是主要用燃料电池产生电能驱动电动机推进的电动载具，因燃料电池发电特性，多数燃料电池载具也加入超级电容器或蓄电池作为动力系统的一部分，但其容量较纯电动载具小。载具上燃料电池多是以储存的高压氢气加上空气中的氧气发电。多数燃料电池载具被视为零污染载具，因燃料电池发电时只会排放水及热。与内燃机载具相比，燃料电池载具的主要污染来源为氢气的制造过程，因现今较经济的氢气制造过程需以天然气为原料[1]。
