煎酿三宝广东香港澳门地区常见的街头小吃[1],也是一种香港传统小吃[2]。过去大多让顾客以“七蚊三件”或“十蚊四件”从一堆煎酿食物里挑选三件(但现在售价因通胀而调整),其中以茄子青椒豆腐最受欢迎[3]。除了以上三种食材之外,有部分店铺还会供应鲮鱼肉酿香菇灯笼椒苦瓜西兰花香肠红肠等。亦会有只用鲮鱼肉弄成球状的鱼蛋(非平时常与烧卖一并提起之鱼蛋相同)

这种小吃的做法是把新鲜打做的鲮鱼肉酿在切件的茄子、青椒和豆卜,或其他较为少见的食物上,放在铁板上煎香,再蘸上豉油[4],喜欢吃辣的可加点辣椒油;有时亦会使用竹签串著,像吃鱼蛋一样。一般街边小吃摊位出售的煎酿三宝内的鲮鱼胶(肉泥的鲮鱼肉),都会加入大量的面粉,以减低成本。
