豆腐卜

豆卜,亦称为油豆腐浮豆干/烰豆干豆腐卜油泡豆泡豆腐果,以改花刀的豆腐炸制的又称兰花干花干,是一种常见于中国广东、福建、香港、日本的豆制品,一般是由豆腐经过高温而成,外表属金黄色,内部则由于经过油炸后,水分充分蒸发,因此呈海绵[1]

豆腐卜出现的原因,是由于以前豆腐不易保存,有人在它变坏前,将一块块方形的板豆腐,切成小块或切成片状,放进油中炸成,令存放的时间增长[来源请求]
