豆腐卜

豆卜，亦称为油豆腐、浮豆干/烰豆干、豆腐卜、油泡、豆泡、豆腐果，以改花刀的豆腐炸制的又称兰花干、花干，是一种常见于中国广东、福建、香港、日本的豆制品，一般是由豆腐经过高温油炸而成，外表属金黄色，内部则由于经过油炸后，水分充分蒸发，因此呈海绵状[1]。

豆腐卜出现的原因，是由于以前豆腐不易保存，有人在它变坏前，将一块块方形的板豆腐，切成小块或切成片状，放进油中炸成，令存放的时间增长[来源请求]。

  • 红豆卜，是将豆卜染红【贺年食品，及取其意头】
