烟道气

摄于1975年,在英国伦敦班克赛德发电厂(Bankside Power Station)所产生的烟气。

烟道气(Flue gas)是通过烟道英语Flue排出到大气中的燃烧废气。常见的烟道诸如壁炉、烤、熔炉、锅炉或蒸汽发生器输送的管道等。多数情况下,烟道气是指在锅炉产生的燃烧废气,其主要成分包含氮气二氧化碳水蒸气、未燃烧的氧气和其他化学物质。其中包含的其他化学物质取决于燃料种类和燃烧条件,通常会含有一氧化碳氮氧化物及硫氧化物(如二氧化硫)等,以及固体悬浮物[1]

影响

对蒸汽冷凝传热的影响

高温蒸汽与低温物体接触时,蒸汽会将潜热传给壁面而自身冷凝。该过程称为冷凝传热。纯蒸汽冷凝时,蒸汽主要以液珠的形式冷凝在金属上;随着烟道气比例增加,冷凝块上逐渐有液膜铺展。这种以液珠为主的冷凝方式称为滴状冷凝,而以液膜为主的冷凝方式称为膜状冷凝。研究发现,冷凝液珠在纯蒸汽冷凝时频繁脱落,而随着气水比增大,冷凝液的滴落频率降低。这说明随着混合蒸汽中烟道气比例的增加,蒸汽冷凝方式由滴状冷凝,逐渐过渡为膜状冷凝,冷凝效率逐渐下降[2]

烟道气能抑制蒸汽冷凝传热,因为气体聚集在低温物体表面时,会形成气膜,增大高温蒸汽与低温物体间的传热阻力,使蒸汽传热系数减小,同时降低冷凝效率[2]
