法学学士
法学学士，简称LLB（拉丁语：Legum Baccalaureus），须顺利完成高等教育中法学类课程才能获得的学士学位。一般需要完成法理学、宪法学、行政法学、民法学、刑法学、物权法、契约法、国际公法、国际私法、诉讼法学等法学课程。
台湾
[编辑]依据中华民国（台湾）教育部建议，属于法律专业领域之系所，得授予“法律学学士Bachelor of Laws（LL.B.）”、“法律学硕士Master of Laws（LL.M.）”、“法律学博士Doctor of Philosophy（Ph.D.）／Doctor of Juridical Science（J.S.D.）”。
其余法政学群系所虽隶属于法学院、社会科学院中，但非属法律专业领域之各系所，亦得授予“法学学士Bachelor of Arts（B.A.）”、“法学硕士Master of Arts （M.A.）”、“法学博士Doctor of Philosophy（Ph.D.）”[1][2]。例如：国立政治大学政治学系法学士、国立暨南国际大学公共行政与政策学系法学士（Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration）、国立台湾大学政治学系法学士、中央警察大学行政警察学系法学士、淡江大学公共行政学系法学士、国立金门大学国际暨大陆事务学系法学士等等。
香港
[编辑]香港现时共有三所颁授法学士的资助高等院校，包括香港大学、香港城市大学及香港中文大学。这三所法学院均有提供法学本科及研究生课程，亦只有这三所学院提供投身律师的学历“法学专业证书 (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws，简称PCLL)”课程；但由于PCLL的投考资格颇为严格（就算投考时的GPA高于3.0，亦未必获准应考，而机会只有一次），因此法学士毕业生不一定可成为律师。
