沙威 （法语：Javert ，法语发音： [ʒavɛʁ] 法国 作家维克多·雨果 所著小说《悲惨世界 》中的一名警探。
在小说中，他全心投入于对逃犯冉阿让 的追捕，以近乎盲从的态度遵循法律，契而不舍地追捕冉阿让，但都被他逃脱。在革命中，便衣潜入街垒后被识破，冉阿让本可杀死沙威，但却放走了他。后来，沙威也让冉阿让逃走。此时，沙威意识到法律程序并不道德。内心的冲突使他无所适从，最后投河自尽。
