沈淙（16世纪—17世纪），字伯声，号祖洲，浙江湖州府乌程县人[1]，明朝政治人物。
生平
沈淙是嘉靖三十八年进士沈节甫之长子，中万历十三年（1585年）举人，授潮阳知县，剿灭流寇不用烦恼兵饷，地方肃然，而他也豁达明敏，不被属下欺瞒，又为地方申请减免杂税[2]，之后他升任漳州同知，调官苏州，代理太仓知州，力争孙学仁巫蛊和陈武官毒僚之失误，不久挂冠回乡去世，入祀乡贤祠和潮阳名宦祠[1]。
沈淙的儿子沈棨是万历四十一年进士，官至宣府巡抚，他获追赠中宪大夫、山东按察司副使[3]。
