绝对安培abampere)简称aAabA,也因法国物理学家让-巴蒂斯特·毕奥得名为毕奥biot),简称Bi,是厘米-克-秒制电磁单位制(emu)中电流的单位。若一绝对安培的电流通过半径为1厘米的単匝环形线圈,对圆心形成的磁场为2π奥斯特。一绝对安培等于国际单位制的10安培

厘米-克-秒制在电磁物理量部分有几不同的单位,除了电磁单位制外,还包括静电单位制高斯单位制洛伦兹-亥维赛单位制,其中只有电磁单位制使用绝对安培为电流的单位,其他几个单位制是以静库仑每秒或静安培为电流的单位。

以下是一些和绝对安培有关的单位:

  • 绝对库仑–简称aCabC,流有一绝对安培的导线,一秒内流过的电荷
  • 绝对亨利–简称aHabH,若一导线上的电流变化率为每秒1绝对安培时,另一导线感应到的电动势为1绝对伏特时,二导线之间的互感。
  • 绝对欧姆–简称aHΩabΩ,是指导体上面流过一绝对安培的电流,两端电压为一绝对伏特下的电阻
