殷承叙
生平
正德九年（1514年），登甲戌科进士，官刑部主事。嘉靖三年（1524年）大礼议事件中，因反对明世宗立生父为皇考，在左顺门跪求更改旨意，下诏狱并杖刑而亡。明穆宗继位后，赠光禄寺少卿[1]。
