韩奕（？—？），字公望，号蒙斋，平江路吴县皋桥人，元末明初医学家。
生于元文宗至顺年间，父韩凝是名医。韩奕幼承家学，与弟韩夷皆有医名。韩奕本人精于本草，善于饮食烹煮。入明隐居，好与名僧游[1]。撰《易牙遗意》二卷，周履靖又著《续易牙遗意》[2]。

- ^ 明·杨循吉，《吴邑志》（卷十·人物传四）：韩奕，公望，皋桥人。魏公裔孙也。诗楷兼工，才情俊逸。永乐中，二弟俱侍清禁，独抗高标，置心丘壑，郡将慕其贤，不得见。卒年七十三。所著有《本草歌括》、《伤寒类法》、《新效方》、《诗集》、《易牙遗意》等书，皆梓行。
