高门 (奥斯曼帝国)
奥斯曼朴特（奥斯曼土耳其语：باب عالی Bāb-ı Ālī），又称庄严朴特、最高朴特、高门，是指奥斯曼帝国的底万，政府政策制定的地方。
语源
这一特别的词汇可在西方国家的外交里找到。西方国家的外交部门会在“朴特”（门户）接待外交人员[1]。在二次立宪时期，底万的职能被帝国政府取缔，朴特遂用作外交部的代名词[2]。在这时期，大维奇尔相当于总理，维奇尔则是议会议员。
庄严朴特是指苏丹的对外宫廷[3]，由大维奇尔领导，庄严朴特一词取自伊斯坦布尔托卡比皇宫大维奇尔总部的门户，苏丹会在那里举行欢迎仪式接待外使。在城门及皇宫大门集合是古老的东方传统。
后来，庄严朴特可指外交部及当时伊斯坦布尔省的政府部门。此外，这词可指奥斯曼帝国是欧洲及亚洲之间的桥梁。
最高朴特则指苏丹的内廷[4]。
