杉林庄为台湾日治时期1920年至1945年间存在之行政区，辖属高雄州旗山郡。今高雄市杉林区。1934年时有人口6,320人。[1]
行政区划
杉林地区在清代属楠梓仙溪东里、港西上里，在1897年5月分别隶属于台南县蕃薯藔辨务署、凤山县阿里港辨务署。1900年11月15日，杉林地区分为蕃薯藔辨务署的“山杉林区、月眉区”[2]。1901年11月11日，台湾的行政区划改为二十厅，楠梓仙溪东里、港西上里、隶属于“蕃薯藔厅山杉林支厅”。1904年2月16日，蕃薯藔厅施行街庄整并，并分为12区[3]。1906年2月15日，山杉林支厅迁至阿里关庄土名甲仙埔，并改称为“阿里关支厅”。杉林地区在此时期的划分如下[4]：
1909年10月25日，台湾的行政区划改为十二厅，蕃薯藔厅因此废止，被并入阿缑厅，而阿里关支厅改称“甲仙埔支厅”。1910年1月18日，杉林地区包含甲仙埔支厅山杉林区、月眉区[5]。1920年10月1日，原堡里乡澚之行政区废除，街庄社改为大字，“山杉林”改称“杉林”，而上述街庄合并为高雄州旗山郡杉林庄，辖域内分为辖域内分为杉林、茄苳湖、十张犁、新庄、月眉等5个大字[6]。
二战后，内门庄改为高雄县旗山区杉林乡。
