早晨特惠计划
早晨特惠计划是香港地铁曾经推行的一项措施，在非繁忙时间向乘客提供优惠，以解决荃湾线弥敦道一段超出负荷的问题。1988年，香港经济学者何泺生博士建议地铁公司鼓励乘客于非繁忙时段乘搭地铁，地铁公司便于同年6月推行繁忙时间附加费和非繁忙时间的早晨特惠计划，当中的早晨特惠计划是月票制，容许乘客于星期一至六早上八时前无限次乘搭。1990年5月起，早晨特惠计划被弹性上班时间优惠取代。
