文字烧(日语:もんじゃ焼きもんじゃやき monjyayaki,通称もんじゃ)是一种发祥于东京月岛、盛行于关东地方铁板烧小吃。将蔬菜肉类置于铁板上,再淋上面糊煎至凝固。其形式类似什锦烧,但口感更为浓稠。[1]

源流

文字烧的起源,据传最早为近畿地方什锦烧的改良。当时关东的点心店为吸引儿童客群,将什锦烧做得更为浓稠并制成甜食。孩童常边吃边练字,因而得名。近代咸味文字烧则发源自战后昭和20年代的浅草[2]
