拉伊策（阿尔巴尼亚语：Rrajcë）是阿尔巴尼亚东部爱尔巴桑州的村庄，其在2015年地方政府改革后由普雷尼亚斯市镇下辖。根据2011年人口普查结果，拉伊策人口数为8,421[1]。
拉伊策位于薛贝尼克-杰蓝尼斯国家公园内，于2017年被列入联合国教科文组织的跨国自然遗产喀尔巴阡山脉原始山毛榉森林和欧洲其他地区古山毛榉森林。[3]
