拇趾滑液囊炎（Bunion），也称为拇囊炎或拇趾外翻（Hallux valgus），是描述大拇趾和脚之间跖趾关节的异常变形[2]。大拇趾常常会往另外四个脚趾的方向倾斜，造成关节红肿疼痛[2]，拇趾滑液囊炎一般是渐进式的[2]，并发症包括黏液囊炎及关节炎[2]。
具体的成因仍属未知[1]，目前提出的可能原因包含穿着过紧鞋子、家族有病史及患有类风湿性关节炎[2]。诊断方式通常是基于症状，并以X光片结果分期与评估畸形严重度[2]。类似症状也可能出现于小拇趾，称为小指滑液囊炎[2]。
可能的治疗方式如下，穿着适当尺寸的鞋子、使用矫形器或非类固醇消炎止痛药[2]，如果上述方式不见效或未能改善症状，可能需要接受手术[2]。约有23%的成人患有此症[1]，女性往往多于男性[2]，常见发病年龄层介于20岁到50岁之间[1]，随着年纪增长可能会日渐严重[1]。拇趾滑液囊炎的记载首见于1870年[1]。
