得克萨斯州最高法院（英语：Supreme Court of Texas；缩写SCOTX），简称得州最高法院，为美国德克萨斯州民事案件上诉（包含法律认为是民事诉讼而非刑事诉讼犯罪的青少年犯罪）的终审法院。另一个法院是得克萨斯州刑事上诉法院为刑事案件上诉的终审法院。
法院由首席大法官及八名大法官组成。最高法院成立于1846年，以取代得克萨斯共和国最高法院。法院位于得克萨斯州奥斯汀市区德克萨斯州议会大厦后的州议会大厦庭院内的一栋建筑。
