密勒始鳄属（学名：Millerosaurus）是种史前爬行动物，属于无孔亚纲的米勒古蜥科，生存于二叠纪晚期（长兴阶）的南非[1]。
不同于其他无孔类，密勒始鳄的头颅骨两侧有洞孔，位于眼眶后方。牠们的体型平坦，尾巴长，头颅骨呈三角形（约2吋长），眼眶大。密勒始鳄的外表类似现代蜥蜴，被推测可能以昆虫为食[2][3]。
