子宫内膜增生症（endometrial hyperplasia）是子宫内膜过度增生的状态，临床可表现为异常子宫出血。此症属增生症的一种，也是多囊卵巢综合症的症状之一，如果没有接受适当的治疗，可能会进一步导致子宫内膜癌的发生。根据子宫内膜组织结构和细胞学异常情况，子宫内膜增生症分为单纯性增生、复杂性增生和不典型增生。
