埃尔 (北欧神话)
埃尔（Eir），她名字的意义是“仁慈”。埃尔是阿萨神族中的一名女神，也是女神弗丽嘉（Frigg）的侍女之一。她负责掌管医疗，号称最好的医生，尤其擅长草药，甚至有使人复活的能力。埃尔据说也是女武神之一。
埃尔除了会治疗身体的伤，她也能治疗心理和感情。她只将这些医疗的技艺传授给女子，所以在古代北欧，医疗是女子的工作。
