历史
旧坪洲公众码头建于1955年，该码头经常出现混凝土剥落及钢筋锈蚀等问题，影响结构安全，并需要作大规模维修。故此特区政府于2002年5月斥资1900万元重建码头，并在2004年1月15日完成重建工程[2][3]。
